Alexis’s 1st Birthday = Mission 1 COMPLETE

So today is my sweet baby girl’s 1st birthday and I have successfully completed 30 days on chicken, rice, potatoes, corn, berries, eggs, and broccoli.  I sit here on the couch so miserably full from stuffing my face today!  I can’t believe my baby girl is one though.  This year has gone by so fast, yet so slow at the same time.  This time last year seems like ages ago in a way.  I’m having mixed feelings today over the fact that I will (most likely) never have a new baby in my house again.  This day last year was one of the most amazing days of my life.  I think it might go down as the highest I’ve ever felt.  We had a cesarean with my twins and I wanted a completely natural birth with this one like my first was.  I had so many factors against me but it ended up exactly like my highest hopes could have been.  It was beautiful and virtually pain free.  I’m sad that it is something I will never get to experience again but I’m so insanely thankful its an experience I got to have.  My sweet, sweet baby girl has fit into our family perfectly and this year, while challenging, has been amazing.

Here’s some pictures from her little party we had with close friends and family!

Birthday girl!

It was a wonderful day of celebrating and reminiscing the past year.  We love you Lexi!

So my next challenge is clothes.  I’m spending tomorrow deciding how I’m going to do it and I’ll let you know once I start!
